Privacy & Data Handling Policy

1. Core Confidentiality Commitment
FlowAmend does not collect or request proprietary client databases, passwords, end-user personal records, or source code in preliminary inquiries. The information submitted via our intake form is used solely to evaluate mutual fit and prepare for exploratory discovery discussions.
2. In-Browser Draft Storage
When filling out our guided project brief, responses are saved locally in your browser's active session memory (sessionStorage) to prevent accidental loss if you navigate away. Draft data is not uploaded or stored on our servers until you explicitly check the consent box and click “Send project brief”.
3. Information We Collect & Staff Access Controls
Upon submission, we collect: your name, work email address, company or project name, optional website URL, timezone, and your description of the operational or engineering challenge. Access to submissions is strictly restricted to authenticated internal staff. We never sell, rent, or share your contact information with external marketing lists or data brokers.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
Inquiries are retained for up to 90 days following completion of discovery discussions. You may request the export or immediate permanent deletion of your inquiry at any time by emailing us at hello@flowamend.com.
